The WV Miners aren't affiliated with any MLB team. They are apart of the Prospect League, which is an Independent collegiate summer baseball league.
I know there use to be a league in western Pennsylvania called the Erie Shores, but I think 2007 may have been the last summer of that league. I know a friend of mine that plays collegiate baseball is playing with a team from Washington Pa but I am not quite sure what the name of the league is. I actually play in the ACBL which is in eastern PA and NY.
