∙ 14y agoThis question is impossible to answer, as it could be that the first organisms with eyes had already seen falling stars (comets). But these sightings have never been recorded, thus making it impossible to prove exactly when comets were first seen.

There is no way of knowing what comet the first sentient human being saw was.
