Both Institutes falls under one brand -IILM and are jointly approved by AICTE-UGC-DEC, also they are just extension of each other to provide convenience to students in Gurgaon and Lodi Road. IILM Institute for Higher Education Lodhi Road and Gurgaon are partner institutes under the IGNOU Convergence Scheme. On successful completion of the programme requirement, students are eligible for the IGNOU-MBA award. IILM has a diverse pool of 95 Full time, 13 Part time, 7 Distinguished Professors & International Faculties which are shared between both campuses . Both campuses also have separate set of faculties.
