I only know of the awards for Operation Sea Signal back in 1994. They are The Humanitarian Service medal (an individual award). The Joint Meritorious unit Citation, and the Coast Guard Meritorious unit Citation.
Meritorious Unit Commendation was created in 1973.
If you are in that unit when it's awarded the Meritorious Unit Citation, yes. If the award was bestowed to the unit before you were in it, then no.
Army Meritorious Unit Citation (2 Oak Leaf Clusters), and Army Superior Unit Award.
Navy Meritorious Unit Commendations do follow you to other branches. They are considered permanent awards from all branches, except the Army. Unit Commendations from the Army may not follow you to other branches, or even other units. As long as you were serving in the unit when the commendation was earned, it is a permanent award that you can wear on your uniform regardless of service. Otherwise, the wear of any unit award is only worn when you are actually assigned to that unit (temporary award).

Superior Unit Award was created in 1985.
Outstanding Unit Award was created in 1954.
Valorous Unit Award was created in 1966.
Joint Inspection Unit was created in 1976.
