A Russian creation called Burakovyi Kvas is fermented beet juice, and I'm pretty sure it's mildly alcoholic (less than 1%). Wine can easily be made from beetroot, and I've tried the homemade stuff. It's very sweet and quite delicious, unlike the beetroot itself. I've never heard of a beetroot wine that can be bought in the shops though. I've heard of people home brewing beetroot beer as well. Beetroots can be used to make vodka, and it is said that getting drunk on beet vodka will make you violent. Glen's Vodka is made from sugar beet which is very similar to a beetroot. Google has yielded mention of a French beetroot brandy although information on it is scarce. Beetroot Ale exists and is about 4% alcohol, although I don't know of any brand names. Le Cheval Blanc in Montreal serves a beetroot lager. The vikings supposedly made a beetroot mead called Kvas, the 'mead of inspiration'. It was supposed to be highly potent and award you enlightenment when you drank it. It had roots in their mythology which said it was originally made from the blood of their God Kvasir. I say this just as a point of interest because I don't know of anyone who drinks it now or of any breweries that make it. In short I don't know of ANY commercially produced beetroot alcohol other than Burakovyi Kvas which is only very slightly alcoholic. I'm not sure if this helps at all, but good luck finding the information you want anyway!
A rough guide is to divide kVA by the supply voltage then multiply by 1000 to get current in Amps. E.g. 20kVA divided by 120V is 0.167; times 1000 is 167 Amps. But kVA is not the same as kW, so more information is needed before equipment is used.
