It's called Liero. It was originally for Mac's but someone made a Windows version called OpenLiero. Due to it's fans, somebody made a more challenging version af the game called LieroXtreme. As you guessed it, again "someone" made a Windows version called OpenLieroXtreme or OpenLX for short. OpenLX has better graphics but, if you like the old 8bit games, OpenLiero is for you.
