Are you asking if you can take the R train from the Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street station to the Queens Plaza station? If so, then, yes, you can take the R train from Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street to Queens Plaza, except from 11 PM to 5:30 AM, when there's no service. From 11 PM to 5:30 AM, I guess you could take the N train (on the same line, the N-R-Q-W, the yellow line) from Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street to Queensboro Plaza (which is a different station a few blocks northwest of the Queens Plaza station) and walk the rest of the way.
The closest subway stations are the G train (the light green line) and the 7 train (the purple line) to Court Square, and the E (of the A-C-E, the blue line) and M (of the B-D-F-M, the orange line) to Court Square-23rd Street. These are actually 2 connected stations. At least one of the exits is right across the street from Court Square (where the address 25-10 Court Square is).The next closest stations are the R train to Queens Plaza and the N and Q trains to Queensboro Plaza (the N-R-Q, the yellow line). From the R you'd just walk along Jackson Avenue from Queens Plaza to Court Square. From the N and Q, you'd walk along Queens Plaza South (where the 59th Street/Queensboro Bridge runs) to Queens Plaza, then make a right and walk along Jackson Avenue to Court Square.
The Q100 originates in Long Island City at 28th Street and Queens Plaza South and continues to the Rikers Island Visitors Center. To get there, walk 1 block west on Cortelyou Road to McDonald Avenue. Turn right, and walk 2 blocks north on McDonald Avenue to Church Avenue.Get the G train (the light green line) at the Church Avenue station (at the intersection of Church and McDonald Avenues), which is the Downtown end of the G line. Take the G from Church Avenue to Court Square, which is the Uptown end of the G line. So you'll be taking the G through its entire route.Transfer at Court Square to the Uptown E train (of the A-C-E, the blue line), 1 stop, from Court Square to Queens Plaza. Then exit the subway and walk 2 blocks along Queens Plaza South (where the Queensboro/59th Street Bridge runs) to 28th Street. The bus stops at 28th Street and Queens Plaza South.Alternate Route: if there are problems or service changes on the G line, you can instead take the Uptown Ftrain (of the B-D-F-M, the orange line) from Church Avenue to 34th Street-Herald Square in Manhattan, and transfer there to the Uptown R train (of the N-R-Q, the yellow line). Take the Uptown R from 34th Street-Herald Square to Queens Plaza.Note that Queens Plaza and Queensboro Plaza are two completely separate stations. The N and Q stop at Queensboro Plaza. Only the R stops at Queens Plaza.
