What is the SSAFA?
SSAFA Forces Help is the Soliders Sailors Airmen and Families Assocation - Forces Help. Essentially it is a charity that helps anyone (and their families) who is currently serving, or has ever served for the British Armed Forces. This includes Reserves and National Servicement too. Last year we helped over 50,000 serviceman, women, veterans and their families. We did this through our network of over 8000 volunteers.
