Santa is ready to retire and pass along the family business to his son, but Nick isn't married and he needs a Mrs. Claus for Christmas to run properly. Ernest, the head elf, gives Nick a list of eligible women who believe in Santa and have Christmas - but when Nick starts meeting them, he falls for a non-believer instead, a widow with a young son. Can he get her to believe and accept him as Santa? You'll have to watch the movie to find out.
There's not a follow-up movie because they get married at the end of that one so there's no need to follow up on it. The movie before that one, though is called "Single Santa Seeks Mrs. Claus."
