There's certainly a song called Stormy Weather ("Don't know why there's no sun up in the sky/Stormy weather/Since my man and I ain't together/Keeps rainin' all of the time") ... I was actually listening to it earlier this evening ... and it's plausible that someone at some point recorded it on a 12 inch record with a white label. Providing more details (who the artist is, what the recording company is, anything else it says on the label) would be a help in tracking it down. Lena Horne released a 12 inch album entitled "Stormy Weather" (which contained the title track) in 1957. I don't know what color the label was, though "mostly black/very dark grey" would probably be a good guess, since that's what color most RCA Victor recording labels were. My guess would be that it might be the Columbia promo Frank Sinatra 78 RPM version, though I'm not sure if that was a 12 inch or the more common 10 inch format.
