In the Bible, God created Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
The Garden of Eden is believed to have been created by God at the beginning of time, according to the Bible. It holds significance in religious beliefs as the place where Adam and Eve, the first humans, lived in harmony with God before they disobeyed Him and were expelled from the garden. The story of the Garden of Eden is often seen as a symbol of the relationship between humanity and God, as well as the consequences of disobedience.
I'm not sure we know that Adam was created outside of Eden. There was a geographical location called Eden and there was a garden called Eden. All scripture tells us is that God created Adam and put him in the Garden of Eden. He probably was created out of the ground in Eden and then placed in God's Garden of Eden. Regardless of where Adam was created I am not aware that there is any significance to Adam being created outside or inside Eden.

The garden had no name. It was planted by God in Eden. Eden was the name of the land that was to the east of where God created the first man, Adam.
When God created Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden
Genesis chapter 2:7 talks about the first man God created, that was Adam. In verse 8 It tells us the God planted a garden in Eden and there he put the man he had formed. He placed Adam in the Garden of Eden and purposed for him to cultivate and take care of it, we can see that in verse 15.
Please kindly note Adam was not born first , he was created first. As god felt that the garden of Eden was to nice and not to have a man in the garden to enjoy it.
According to the biblical account in Genesis, God placed man in the Garden of Eden after creating him. This garden was described as a paradise filled with various trees and abundant resources, symbolizing a perfect environment for human life. In Eden, man was tasked with cultivating the garden and caring for it, establishing a close relationship with God and creation.
