J. C. Lore Oyster House was created in 1934.
It's probably the Union Oyster House in Boston MA. Ye Olde Union Oyster House first opened to the public in 1826, and if it's not the oldest surviving restaurant, it's certainly one of the oldest. It is still in business, and it's located not far from what is today known as Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. On May 27, 2003, the building which houses the Union Oyster House was listed as a National Historic Landmark. (The photo above is from a postcard of Boston in the 1890s, when the Union Oyster House was already sixty-five years old.)
