yes. Xterm, gnome-terminal are common ways of accessing it.

Use ssh to log into the bravo system. Then, inside the SSH session, export the DISPLAY variable with the IP address and display number of your local system. Then, start up xterm on the bravo system. The results will display on your local system. For this to work, your system must be running in an X windows environment or have an emulator.
There are a couple different "terminal" programs, you can either find them in your desktop managers "start" menu or you can press Alt+F2 to bring up the run menu and in KDE enter "konsole" and gnome "gnome-terminal" or you may also have "xterm"
The slope intercept formula is Y=mX + b. M, which is your coefficient of X represents the line's slope.
XEmacs is an X-Windows version of Emacs.Emacs is a powerful text editor, originally designed for TTY consoles, and typically used today with TTY console emulators such as xterm common to practically all modern Unix or Linux operating systems. XEmacs is an adaptation of Emacs, designed to operate in the context of the X11 windows manager, offering simple support for menus and mouse operations, in addition to the traditional keyboard usage.
"pts0" is a pseudo terminal. It would most commonly be used to bring up a terminal emulator, such as xterm or Konsole, in the GUI. If you have logged in or assumed root privileges in such a window, that would account for root being on pts0. If you logged into a tty, that would account for the other root. Some daemons may potentially also run as root during startup, creating the root login on, say, tty3.
There are many ways: 1) Find and run terminal/console/something like this program in a menu. 2) In many distributions press Alt+F2 and type xterm for the simplest possible terminal 3) Press Ctrl+Alt+F1 to F6. Ctrl+Alt+F7/8/9/10/11 to go back to graphical mode *************************** Press down Ctrl and Alt and tap T are the short-cut key combination I use to open a Ubuntu terminal.
