Buffalo Arms in Towanda, NY made machine guns from WWII onward till the early 1980's. They made only a few thousand of the Model 1 Derringers, most marked .357 Magnum, some marked .38 Spl. They are nickel plated, flat sided barrels and are very high quality. I understand a lot of them were given to Vietnam veterans as presentation guns.
They are increasing in price, currently around $150 - $250 depending on condition.

Yes.. offhand, I know of two. Magnum Research made the Desert Eagle available in .357 Magnum, and Coonan Arms manufactured a semi-auto .357 Magnum, based on the M1911 pattern pistols.
