Pieper was a Belgian gun maker, so it was most likely made in Belgium. Look for the Belgian black powder proof marks.

The H Pieper double-barrel patent of April 23, 1881, No 4673, is a patent registered in Belgium to Henri Pieper, allowing two shots to be fired in rapid succession. He created the double-barrel that is widely used today for shotguns. Henri Pieper registered 69 patents in Belgium from 1861 to 1896, in the field of the machines, shotguns, revolvers, cartridges and reducers, guns of rifles, Damas, various chargers of cartridges and ammunition belts.
Probably made somewhere between 1870 - 1910. If you were to tell everyone it was made around 1900 you wouldn't be far off either way.
Not likely to find one. Serial numbers weren't required on long arms until 1969 and this gun was made by Anciens Etablissment Pieper around 1910.
This would have been made by H. Pieper or Anciens Etablissments Pieper in Leige, Belgium, sometime between 1890 and 1914 for Shapleigh Hardware Stores. Value will range from $150 if it is still useable to maybe $250 if it is still like-new.

Eclipse Gun Company is a name found on Belgian manufactured double barrels from around 1900-1916. The manufacturer was Henri Pieper. Please note that the Damascus barrels were meant for BLACK POWDER shotshells, and should not be fired with modern day ammo.
