The Nokia 3310 was first made available in 2000, it had a monochrome screen which was approximately an inch in size. The 3310 was only capable of storing contacts on the SIM card, although it did include predictive text input, a calculator and a 'voice dial' feature. The case of the phone was also easily replaceable and interchangeable and at the peak of its use new cases in various designs were very easy to come by. The 3310 boasted an impressive battery life managing between 55 and 260 hours of standby time and 2.5 to 4.5 hours of talk time.

Yes.
The Nokia 3310, particularly the classic version released in 2000, does not have built-in GPS or advanced tracking capabilities like modern smartphones. However, it can be tracked through the cellular network by service providers, as they can determine the phone's location based on the cell towers it connects to. Keep in mind that this level of tracking is limited and not as precise as GPS tracking available in contemporary devices.
