Because NBC is a bit screwed up and is playing the game "Now you see them...now you don't". Sad what they did to Conan O'Brien after stringing him along and handling the situation so poorly. Sue Simmons is another person I miss and always seemed to "have the night off." Then there was the TODAY show shuffle and whatever that is about. They also changed the Evening News with no news on 5:00 pm. I do like seeing Jane back again. They either need to save money and bring in people at a lower salary or have trouble figuring out a planned schedule. Unfortunately they never consult their listeners. When John Marshall "disappeared" from NBC, so did I. I was thrilled to see him on CBS with Rob Morrison and Maurice DuBois. I'm a CBS news person now. And what ever happened to Luke replacing his father on Meet The Press. We saw him doing some interviews on NBC and he also disappeared. They are a flighty network and Im' happy to have made the switch.
