The first four moons of Neptune, Naiad, Thalassa, Despina, and Galatea, are so close to Neptune that they orbit within its ring system. Little is known about them.
The next one out, Larissa, was actually discovered in 1981, when it blocked a star. This was attributed to the ring arcs, but later was found to be the moon, being re-discovered by Voyager 2 in 1989.
Proteus is the second-largest moon in orbit around Neptune. It is so close to the planet that Earth-bound telescopes cannot see it.

Actually it was found by voyager 2, it's the same that discover Neptune
Triton was discovered on October 10th, 1846.
he used a telescope to discover Neptune

Neptune is a planet and not a moon of Saturn.
Triton is the largest moon of the planet Neptune. It is similar in composition and size to Pluto (even a little larger), so is thought to have been a Kuiper belt object that was 'captured' by Neptune many years ago.Triton is the largest moon of the planet Neptune.Triton orbits Neptune, and is the planet's largest moon.
Yes, in fact, it is the third-largest moon on Neptune, and is commonly referred to as Neptune II.
Neptune has no moon called Titan.
Neptune
Triton (also known as Neptune I), is Neptune's largest moon.
The Triton volcano is located on Neptune's moon Triton, not on a moon of Neptune. Triton is the largest moon of Neptune and has a variety of geologic features, including cryovolcanoes that are believed to spew out icy materials instead of molten rock.
