I don't know where this person got this information, but there has never been a verified sighting (as in, real photographic or video evidence) of the Loch Ness Monster. There have been dozens of "sightings," but no proof. They've scanned the lake with sonar and thermal imaging and all sorts of different devices, and they've never found anything. If there were a Loch Ness Monster, they would have at least found corpses of dead ones.
So, nobody has "found" the Loch Ness Monster.
