They are in the bottom part of the Sistine Madonna, now in the Zwinger museum in Dresden, Germany.
I know of no artwork of this title. It could have been made by anybody. BUT: The most famous little cherubs are the two at the bottom of Raphael's painting 'The Sistine Madonna'.
