By 1939 the Treaty of Versailles had been completely rubbished by Germany: it was a dead letter. I am not aware of any formal nullification of the treaty in international law. Moreover, as a result of the Cold War and the division of Germany, no peace treaty was signed between the Allies and Germany till 12 September 1990(!). Obviously, by 1990 the main concern was reunification itself and Germany's 1990 borders.
