Which "Church of the Firstborn" are you asking about?

There have been three Mormon/LDS offshoot sects and one Pentecostal sect called "Church of the Firstborn."

The General Assembly and Church of the First Born is a Pentecostal faith-healing sect. They are also known as the Church of the First Born, McDonaldites, The True Vine, Viners, Faith Preachers, and Kissers. They were formed in 1907.

The Church of the Firstborn was a LDS schism group. They were also called Morrisites. This group existed from 1861 to 1969.

The Church of the Firstborn of the Fullness of Times is a fundamentalist polygamous LDS schism group. They are often called the LeBaron Group. The group's founding family, the LeBarons, were excommunicated from the LDS Church in 1944 for practicing polygamy. They then began the Church of the Firstborn in 1955. The majority of members are located in Mexico, California, Central America, and Utah. Reports say there are several hundred to a thousand members of this group.

The Church of the First Born and General Assembly of Heaven is another LDS schism group which began in 2004 by Terrill Dalton. They have been called The Holy Ghost Cult as well. This small group believes that their leader is the personficiation of the Holy Ghost. After the communal home they were living in in Utah was raided in 2009 by government agents who had heard reports of child sexual abuse and assasination plots against the US president and top Mormon officials, they fled to Idaho. After the Idaho town they planned on staying in refused to grant them building permits, they relocated to Montana in March 2010. Reports say there are between 15 and 50 members of this group.

Where was the first Protestant church built?

Martin Luther started the Protestant movement when he sought to to reform the Roman Catholic Church's use of indulgences. The first Protestant communion was celebrated in St Mary's Church, Wittenberg, Germany, in 1521. I think there is some confusion as to what the church is and what the church building is. The church is not the building, but the members of the congregation. That being cleared up, the question should be "Where was the first protestant church established?" or "Where was the first protestant church building built?" The contributor above has the correct to where and when the first protestant church was established.
