If by logo, you mean pendants and the like, it is a declaration of faith first and foremost. Some cultures then also believe that the pendants may protect the wearer, or otherwise bring them luck, or vitality.(I myself wear a Mjolnir, for protection and luck, in addition to my declaration of faith).
