No, there isn't a manga about what happens next to Sanosuke. Here is what happens: *SPOILER ALERT!!!* In the manga, Sanosuke travels overseas. He beat 200 men of the former Ishin shishi, the target in the Kurogasa (Jin-eh Udou ) arc. He soon fled out of Japan, almost right after Megumi did. In the second to the last chapter of Rurouni Kenshin, he sent a letter to Kenshin and the others, saying that he was currently in Mongolia and was doing well. It was never shown that he returned to Japan, although in the OVA Kenshin was found in presumably China, where Sanosuke helped him get back to Kaoru in Japan. He was never seen returning to Japan in the OVA either.
