The biggest hurricanes on those planets are probably category 10 or whatever. Anyway, since hurricanes have been around for so many years, it's impossible to tell what was the first season. The first recorded season was probably in 1800. I don't know anything beyond that. Hurricane tracking began later...I don't remember when.
