Weebly was launched in March 2006 by co-founders David Rusenko, Chris Fanini, and Dan Veltri.
Just log into your account, click on the site you wish to edit (if you have multiple sites in weebly), click "Edit", make your changes, and click "Publish". Clicking "Publish" will update your live site with the changes you've made.
Weebly is only online (it is non-downloadable).
On the homepage when you have just logged in it should have a bit that says "Account Type: Free". It will show this if you have not yet upgraded to Weebly Pro. Next to that it should have 2 buttons- "Uprgrade to Weebly Pro" and "Get Weebly Pro for free". Click on "Get Weebly Pro for free" and just follow the instructions! Simples :D
