"SC" stands for the finish, which is satin nickel. A Commander with "BS" in the serial number had a blued steel finish.

even used it would go for 400-500. I've got an 85 combat in nickel and it's the most accurate 9mm I've ever shot. i personally like the nickel the best (not duo-tone!) if you can get one, i highly recommend it.

Depends on condition and finish. A 100% blue finish is ~$800 while the satin nickel and s/s models can demand $850. 95% condition would be in the $500-$600 range respective of the finish as well.
