condensation
Tiny droplets of liquid water
Water vapour (commonly referred to as steam) is turned back into liquid by a process of condensation. When the warm vapour touches a cold surface (a window pane, for instance) the vapour cools and forms droplets of liquid water.
It evaporates.
When you breathe out, the warm air from your lungs contains a good bit of water vapor. When it hits a cold surface (such as a cold car window, in this case) the water vapor condenses out of vapor form and forms a liquid.
Liquid water is changed to water vapor by the process of evaporation (or boiling)Water vapor forms into clouds (liquid droplets) by the process of condensation
There is water vapor in the air, and that is a gas. The water vapor condenses on an object. The water vapor comes together and forms water droplets. These water droplets are now a liquid. This is condensation. So, to answer your question, gas becomes liquid.
A cloud is formed by condensation, during the water cycle.
