Pluto didn't change; our ideas of Pluto did. It turns out that Pluto is smaller than originally believed, so eventually he was "demoted" to the status (newly-created) of a "dwarf planet". It is unlikely that he will oficially be declared (by the IAU) a planet again.
scientists decided that it is not a planet because there are other things out in earth that are basically the same thing well has the same features as Pluto therefore if they named Pluto a planet they would have to name those planets as well
Pluto, it is now a dwarf planet or planetoid.
Well, Pluto was the planet which is made of a lot of ice (perhaps about half of the planet's mass), but in 2006 the IAU redefined Pluto as only a Dwarf Planet. The Pluto average temperature is about -229 degrees Celsius.
Well, it used to be Pluto, but Pluto's not technically a planet anymore, so now there isn't one.
well back of Pluto there is a planet but they are still learning about it.
Well, that it's a planet for starters. It was demoted to "dwarf planet" in 2006.
