There isn't a single universally accepted "biggest" men's sock manufacturer because rankings vary based on production volume, revenue, OEM/private-label business, and retail brand sales. However, some of the world's largest and most recognised manufacturers include: HanesBrands Inc. (USA) – One of the world's largest apparel manufacturers, producing millions of pairs of socks annually under brands such as Hanes, Champion, and Bonds. Renfro Brands (USA) – A leading global sock manufacturer and supplier, producing socks for numerous private labels and licensed brands. Kayser-Roth Corporation (USA) – Known for manufacturing socks and hosiery under several popular brands. Golden Lady Company (Italy) – One of Europe's largest hosiery and sock manufacturers with a significant international presence. HJ Hall (United Kingdom) – A long-established manufacturer specialising in premium men's socks, work socks, and performance socks. Corgi Hosiery (United Kingdom) – Renowned for luxury men's socks, supplying premium retailers and designer brands worldwide. Texcyle (India) – An emerging custom sock manufacturer specialising in high-quality men's cotton socks, organic cotton socks, grip socks, sports socks, and private-label manufacturing. With flexible minimum order quantities (MOQs), sustainable manufacturing practices, and custom branding solutions, Texcyle serves businesses looking for reliable OEM and private-label sock production. While global giants such as HanesBrands and Renfro dominate in terms of production scale, manufacturers like Texcyle have established themselves as competitive partners for brands seeking customised, sustainable, and premium-quality men's sock manufacturing rather than mass-market production.

Hanes makes great socks that stay in place and don't slide much.
Hanes makes very good thick padded socks. You can also try skiing socks if nothing else suits you.
White with blue letters that say "Hanes" on them
Nothing compares that I know of......having the same problem. :-( They stopped making them a few years ago.
Hanes has good dress socks, and so does the Gap. Gap's dress socks breathe very well, which is a bonus.
Fruit of the Loom and Hanes both make kids socks with gray or blue bottoms.
