Slavery has been around for millennia, it occurred in most pre modern states, people became slaves in numerous ways eg. prisoners of war, kings or chieftains selling their subjects as slaves, people who cannot sup[port themselves often voluntaraly went into slavery, people beacame slaves as a result of not being able to pay their debts, people were hunted and captured by slave traders.

How did slaves get here? Well you know birds and bees and flowers and that whole scphiel. Slaves are humans and got here like any other person. how did slaves come to america, when, where and how long have they been here is what i meant to ask.
