Depends on your iTunes Store. "Calling You" is found on À l'Olympia, a live album.À l'Olympia is available in the Canadian iTunes Store, but not the American iTunes Store. Otherwise, do whatever it legally takes to obtain the song.
its already on the canadian store. as for the US, no idea, but i hope its soon
If you do change your iTunes Store Country, You can only download Apps that have an American App Store License whereas if your iTunes Account is with Canada you can only download Apps with a Canadian App Store License. But I wouldn't fret about it, Canada and USA are fairly close so Developers probably have both of those licenses. This is applicable to all countries.
Open itunes. If you are connected to the internet itunes will automatically connect to the itunes store.

Yes. I live in America and I get on itunes all the time, so I assume that America has an itunes store.
The App Store is indeed part of the iTunes store. In iTunes on the computer, you can find the app store by simply going into iTunes and then clicking the link to Apps which is located at the top of the iTunes store window next to music and videos. On the iPhone or iPod touch, the app store has its own separate button on the springboard so that it is independent of the music/video content of the iTunes button.
Yes, but you must first download iTunes in order to have access to the store.
Connect to the iTunes Store and a link to the App Store can be found centre top of the Store's window.
Register an account with the iTunes store.
