The first time, she woke up covered in feathers (because Edward ripped open a pillow) and discovers she has bumps and bruises everywhere and their bed was damaged. Edward wasn't happy but Bella was. She made love to him again. This time they're both happy because she didn't get hurt. She later falls pregnant and gave birth to a half-vampire, Renesmee who broke her spine and other various internal organs during birth.
