He promised to make-out with Bella after the wedding and to change her into a vampire after that. But of course after that he showed Bella the ring. He knelt down on one knee and said: "Isabella Swan? I promise to love you forever - every day of forever. Will you marry me?" And of course Bella says "Yes!"
