There has not yet been an official announcement as to when it will be released. The only thing we know for sure is that it has tentatively been scheduled for sometime in 2010. While there are many estimates out there that have said "perhaps August or September", these are all just based upon the usual release rate for the other episodes.
The shorter answer would be: We don't know.
Now we do it's coming out in the Spring of 2011.
