When will Jack Russell's bark?

in my opinion, best dogs cause they are big dogs in a littles body, but they usually bark [moving] cars and rodents when they are outside- when inside the ones i have had don't bark that much because they are too smart for that- they know theres nothing to catch

indeed they do!but i must say my jack Russel barks the worst at other dogs. she doesnt mean it in a nasty way she just gets manic. they are lovely and fantastic dogs though.
