I guess that the new season will be out next year around spring in the UK, this is just an educated guess there is no set date yet for it airing in the UK.
NCIS season 8 is showing on FX Friday 9pm in the UK - presently running within a week of the States. It is repeated Sunday at 9pm. Five usually show the season when FX have completed it. Season should end in May in the States and FX UK.
