Sorry to say but they stopped dubbing One Piece a few months ago. I recommend watching the subbed on watchop.com. The voices are better and episode 554 just came out so you have a lot to watch. I'm rewatching it for the fifth time.

Why isn't the second episode of Kuroshitsuji book of murder subbed yet?
As of now, neither part 1 or part 2 of Kuroshitsuji Book of Murder OVA have been officially subtitled. Part 1 has been fan-subbed (subtitled by fans), but part 2 has not yet been fan-subbed because it was only recently released on DVD in Japan, and it takes a while for fans to translate and work to subtitle it.
Why is One piece episode 131 in English subbed however it isn't English dubbed instead episode 170 is classed as 131 for English dubbed?
This is because when 4Kids stopped dubbing One Piece they had edited out 40 episodes. Funimation continued dubbing from 144 (104 in 4kids numbering of episodes) until it got to 195. Then they restarted dubbing from episode 1 and released the episodes as DVD's in America as they don't have rights for other countries yet. The most recent set, released on 16th march, had up to 130. In two months the next set will be out and that contains up to 143. (maybe 144 not sure.)
