Episode IX's plot is still under wraps.
It was only announced on March 08th 2018 there was a live action Star Wars TV show in the planning stages. Naturally there is no title yet. If you mean the next Star Wars movie, Episode IX does not have a title yet.

There are currently 5 Star Wars TV series.Star Wars: Droids---- A 1980's morning cartoon about the adventures of C-3PO and R2-D2.Star Wars: Ewoks---- Another 80's cartoon. Four live-action special were made.Star Wars: Clone Wars---- A cartoon which ran through 2003 with 2 seasons.Star Wars: The Clone Wars---- A CGI show which started its fifth season in 2012.Star Wars: Detours----A very kid friendly show in January 2013.&A live action Star Wars series is reportedly still a go although on hold.In May 2011, Lucas said 50 scripts have been written but production is still on hold until production costs go down.
Episode VIII: The Last Jedi released in December 2017 however it is not THE last Star Wars film. There will be an Episode IX to complete this third trilogy in 2019 w/ Soloreleased before that in May 2018.In November 2017, Disney announced there would be fourth trilogy so there are no plans for a literal 'last' Star Wars movie anytime soon.
The third trilogy of films will conclude with Episode IX when it debuts in December 2019.Disney announced on November 09th 2017, the director of The Last Jedi, Rian Johnson, would write & direct a fourth Star Wars trilogy.Naturally release dates are unknown. Episode X isn't likely to open until 2021 at the earliest, also it remains to be seen if they actually happen since problems could always arise.
Naturally Episode IX does not have trailers as the movie won't begin filming until January 2018 & there won't be enough footage for even a teaser trailer until much later.

Yes and no. Episodes VII, VIII, and IX will all take place after Episode VI, and Lucas is still on as a creative consultant. However, they will be set at least 20 years after Episode VI since rumor is that Carrier Fischer, Mark Hamill, and Harrison Ford, are all to reprise their roles.
