Dave Batista is out of action with a hamstring injury that happened at Summerslam 2008. He did very limited Wrestling until the December 15 2008 edition of Raw they did the storyline to put him out of action. This involved a kick to the head from Orton which they said caused a head injury.
He will be out of action for 6 - 8 months for the hamstring injury so we should see him back in action sometime around June or July if all goes well for him. Just in time to start a storyline for Summerslam 2009 which is in August.
