Technically the show wasn't cancelled. There are however several episodes lingering around that was never released which may be released at a later date, considering how abruptly season 3 ended. However, Jason "Mayhem" Miller's contract apparently ran out with the show according to himself in an interview and this allowed him to focus more on his own fighting career. Wheather or not he'll renew his contract with Bully Beatdown and appear in a season 4 remains to be seen, as he did not mention any plans to renew it.
