I have only seen to OVA 7, as far as I can tell she is just his master. I have seen all of the normal Hellsing and there's no mention of love in that one. I have not read the manga.

There are 13 episodes for Orange, the reason you could not find episode 7 at the time was that it had probably not aired yet and if it had the translation and subbing had not taken place.

Why does Funimation Entertainment only do 13 episodes series now?
13 episodes for the original old school ones. However, there is now a remake called Hellsing Ultimate which will be comprised of 10 OVAs in total. As of today (22.11.10), there have been 7 OVAs released so far.
