It has not started yet. It may not even be renewed for a 4th season. They are currently halfway through the 3rd season in the US. Now it is being moved from Thursdays at 9pm EST to Fridays 9pm EST. A Friday slot is known as a "death sentence" to shows, although Fringe has moved around quite a bit, but this season my be its last. Hopefully not though.
