All projects in the Antarctic end when funding runs out, or when the Principal Investigator decides that the project is ended.
Unfortunately this is not true. Every project has an end and every project life cycle has an end too. The last phase of any projects life cycle is the project closure/closing phase where the project is wrapped up and closed.
Project Stormfury ended in 1983.
Project CHATTER ended in 1953.
Odd Project ended in 2007.
Project Rocket ended in 2003.
Project Indy ended in 1998.
Cog - project - ended in 2003.
Project Riese ended in 1945.
Project Wyze ended in 2003.
Project Catwalk ended in 2008.
The scope of a project, or project scope, is the definition of what is to be accomplished during the project and what the end result will be.
Icebergs are located where it's cooler and in the icy water. For sure there are some in the Antarctic region.
