The claim is that every 823 years, there is a month with 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays, and 5 Sundays. It happens in October 2010. But this is an internet hoax. October previously had 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays in 1982, 1993, 1999 and 2004, and it will happen again in 2021. In fact, to my knowledge, there is NO calendar event [which is what this category pertains to] that regularly happens every 823 years. The Western world switched from the Julian to the Gregorian calendar more recently than that! (in 1582)

This year :) 2011 It will happen again in 2016, 2022, 2033, and 2039 and continue on a 5 year, 6 year, 11 year, 6 year pattern. It would be every seven years, but leap year causes this irregular pattern.

The Post Office in Deport Texas is open for retail from 8:30 AM to 12:00 noon and then again from 1:00 PM to 3:15 PM. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
In October 2010, a rare cosmic event called the Hunter's Blue Moon occurred, which was the second full moon in a calendar month. This specific combination of a full moon on the last day of October is not expected to happen again until the year 2817.
That won't happen again until 2036, if this source is accurate. See link.
It varies from high schools and colleges. In my high school, we do speeds on Mondays, distance on Tuesdays, hills/stairs on Wednesdays, distance on Thursdays, and short run on Fridays. Race is on Saturdays usually and we rest on Sundays. In a speed workout, you can expect intervals of a specific distance in which you run 80-100% effort. Usually our speed work outs are 8 800m's or 12 400m's. They may also be 1 mile, 4 800m's, and 4 400m's. Again it varies. On distance days, we run anywhere from 6-10 miles. On hill work outs we average around 6 miles including repetitions of hills. Our Saturdays races are around 5000m. We also do core workouts every other day as well. As you can see, you basically just run!

Well, honey, that little phenomenon happens when December has 31 days and starts on a Saturday. It only occurs once every 823 years, so don't hold your breath waiting for it to happen again anytime soon. Just enjoy the extra weekend days when they come around and make the most of it!
October 10... and a year after that it will be October 10 again.
