It is impossible to predict when the next hurricane will be except, perhaps, when it is just about to form. Currently, there is one active hurricane (Irene) as well as Tropical Depression Ten which is expected to become a tropical storm, but not a hurricane.

We can only track hurricanes as they occur and even then they are hard to predict.
Currently, as of October 31, 2010 Hurricane Tomas is in the Caribbean and may strike Haiti in a few days but this is not certain.
First, Maria is a tropical storm, not a hurricane. Second, most likely not. Current projections show Tropical Storm Maria taking a gradual turn to the north, possibly hitting the Atlantic Coast.
There is absolutely no way to predict if a hurricane will hit any land formation in any given year.
