That depends on how you define "align". They probably won't ever all line up literally in a straight line. When people talk about "planetary alignments", they usually mean "several of them being on approximately the same side of the sun". The much-ballyhooed alignment of March 10, 1982 involved Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto all being within an arc of about 95 degrees. There were "alignments" of this kind in 2000 and 2010 as well.

If you're worried because someone told you about a planetary alignment in 2012 heralding the end of the world, it won't happen; according to NASA, there won't be even an approximate alignment of the sort described above for several decades, and it's been mathematically proven that it doesn't matter even if there was (it's been empirically proven by the fact that it's happened multiple times in the past with no effect whatsoever).

The gravitational pull of the Moon on the Earth is about twice that of the next most significant contributor (the Sun), and orders of magnitude higher than those of any of the other planets; they're effectively "noise" as far as gravitational effects are concerned (to say they amount to "pennies" on the "dollar" of the combined effects of the Moon and Sun would be to overstate their importance).

The Sun, Moon, and Earth line up about twice a month. Has the Earth been coming to an end twice a month in your experience? Mine neither.

If, by chance, you just mean in the ordinary sense of a conjunction (When the Moon is in the Seventh House and Jupiter aligns with Mars) those happen all the time. In fact, that specific one (the Jupiter/Mars bit, not the "Moon in the Seventh House" nonsense, which may be poetic but is ultimately meaningless without a point of reference to define the FirstHouse) happened last on May 1 of 2011, and will happen again on July 22, 2013. There are several conjunctions of the naked-eye planets in any given year.
