The bailout does not change the economy of the U.S. - the rules and the products remain the same. It is an attempt to redirect the economy. There are those that would argue that the problem they are trying to fix is a result of past attempts to fix things. One very important factor in the U.S. economy that is NOT discussed enough is the concentration of wealth. If this is a root source of U.S. economic problems the current bailout will only make things worse.
They would most likely be beneficial, as measles is a widespread disease that can have serious health concequences. Eliminating the disease will help economy and social aspects for the country.
Protectionism is beneficial to a country because it protects a country's resources. It allows a country's resources to be used only for the benefit of the country's people.
A capitalist economy would belong to a democratic country. The only way this democratic society could change is through a democratic vote. How many people are going to want an alternative economy ?

There is no country in the world that has the kind of autarkic, state-run economy and shadow economy as North Korea, but the "country" that would come the closest would be Hamas-controlled Gaza.

I believe that they are related. After all, people buy music (unless they download them illegally or just obtain it from someone else) which would mean they contribute to the economy. However, most of the time, the music would be available to the whole world, reducing the profits that can be used for development of infrastructure and therefore not beneficial to the economy.
