you get nacht der untoten when u complete the campaign on any difficulty. if you want to get the other maps, then u have to buy them on xbox live. these maps are :- SHI NO NUMA VERRUCT DER REISE
Does Halo 3 ODST include Custom games?
There are 2 disks that come with the game: The 1st has Campaign and Firefight, which is new. The 2nd has the Custom games, with 3 new maps, and a bunch of others that you had to buy off live for Halo 3.

No the Black ops and world at war map packs come with one zombie map and 4 other maps and you must buy them that way. The 4th and last Black Ops map pack Rezurrection does come with 5 Zombie maps because it includes the 4 WAW Zombie Maps and the Zombie map Moon
