There is no rest of the game. You buy the game, you register, you pay a $16 a month subscription fee (included updates, support and loads of content.) If you can't afford the subscription, Warcraft III The Frozen Throne is available and it's a one time licensing cost. You just play it by yourself.

Argentina had influence on the rest of the world in WWII. They sent thousands of cattle to Britain free of charge. They were criticized for their actions since people in their own country were suffering from malnutrition.
Rest of world won on penalties, game was tied at 2-2
Actually stopping the game in World of Warcraft is not possible: it's an MMORPG. Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. Like the real world there are billions of people who share these worlds with you and they aren't going to stop everything just because you have to do your homework/feed family/take out the trash. Part of the wonder of WoW is that it is live, that people live and die and change and grow with or without you. If you want a game to be able to stop buy the original 3 games - you can pause them and they are where you were when you stopped. In the game itself there are a few rare trinkets (specialty tools) that allow you to slow time (stop I don't know of one ...) in comparison with the rest of the world.
You don't - they are separate pieces of software; not part of World of Warcraft online. You can however buy used or new-old stock versions of them cheaply. I started with the original "Warcraft: Orcs and Humans" way back in 95, but never upgraded till I bought WoW Online, then I found Warcraft II and III for about $10 each on eBay (you can sometimes find them at Amazon.com too.) Part of what I liked was that the story lines in WoW Online now made sense (Arthas, KelThezud {I call him Kell'Thud!}, Sargeras, Kiljahdeen, Sylvanas Windrunner, Glorin Bronzebeard and the rest) - going back trally made Wow Online better for me.
To buy the game Killing Floor (or atleast one way to buy it) is to make a Steam account which is free. Then search the store for Killing Floor and...you can do the rest probably.
Japan is a constitutional monarchy. It is democratic and the people choose their government in what the rest of the world would consider to be free and fair elections. Thus Japan would be regarded as a free country.
